• She moved out to Los Angeles with a friend, but he moved back home after a month. Nikki got a job at a restaurant and met her manager after a year.
• Both of her parents are from Louisiana, and her dad attended LSU.
• She spent most of her early childhood in Germany with her parents, who were working for the US government.
• Nikki attended New Hanover High School in Wilmington, North Carolina.
• Her film teacher in high school, Marc Matney, is known for doing English voice-overs for many foreign films.
